Amidst various titles I’ve held, the roles I cherish most are those of a mother and an Impact Optimizer. These titles epitomize my unwavering commitment to catalyzing meaningful change in areas close to my heart. My leadership journey includes various roles in the mobility sector, spanning both profit-driven ventures and non-profit endeavors and I’m deeply involved as an advocate and leader within the entrepreneurial realm. 

In 2003, I co-founded Xpress Transportation, a pioneering mobility solution tailored for individuals facing mobility challenges. Think of it as an Uber-like service catering specifically to those contending with mobility constraints stemming from age, illness, or injury. Witnessing first hand the profound impact of limited mobility across diverse demographics, I recently established CENTER (Center for the ENhancement of Transportation Engagement & Resources), a 501(c)(3) non-profit. CENTER is dedicated to equipping individuals with the resources and networks needed to prevent immobility and address environmental barriers that impede quality of life.

Beyond my endeavors in these realms, I proudly serve as an engaged member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, where I hold the esteemed position of the inaugural African American President for the Detroit Chapter.

Throughout my career, I’ve harnessed perspective and insight to guide numerous companies—both for-profit and non-profit—in crafting strategies to deliver goods and services globally. This same perspective now informs the services provided by my mobility-focused organizations, as well as my efforts to foster networks of goodwill and propel positive change through visionary leadership.
